★無麩質、適滷煮：
不含小麥等麩質過敏原，含鈉量較市售生抽壺底油低，不含糖卻自然回甘，無人工色素、香料、防腐劑、蔗糖、代糖等添加物。
由於生抽壺底油完全未經加工，不適合直接沾食，適合拿來滷燉煮，香氣濃郁，越滷越香。

Note: Because this product is original juice extracted (not diluted with water), please properly dilute with water when cooking!
★Gluten-free, suitable for stewing:

It does not contain gluten allergens such as wheat, has a lower sodium content than USUAL soy sauce oil, is sugar-free but has a natural sweetness, and has no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, sucrose, sugar substitutes and other additives.

Since the oil at the bottom of the soy sauce pot is completely unprocessed, it is not suitable for direct dipping in food, but is suitable for braising and stewing. It has a rich aroma, and the more it is braising, the more fragrant it becomes.
