使用南投草屯在地糙米釀造,除了鹽、水之外無任何添加物,色淡、清香、甜味鮮明
自然回甘,不愛含蔗糖、代糖者尤為適合,且無麩質及大豆過敏源。
不同於一般大豆醬油,糙米白醬油偏向於日式醬油的清甜芳香。

Ingredients: Taiwanese brown rice (Caotun), water, salt

Note: A small amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal during brewing and is edible.
Made from brown rice from Caotun, Nantou, with no additives except natural salt and water, it has a light color, fresh fragrance, and a distinctive sweet taste.
It has a natural sweet aftertaste and is especially suitable for those who don’t like sucrose or sugar substitutes. It also contains no gluten or soy allergens.
Unlike usual soybean soy sauce, brown rice soy sauce tends to have the sweet and aromatic flavor of Japanese soy sauce.
